We have two well equipped en-suite bedrooms, one double and one twin, with a central communicating entrance room. This room contains storage for breakfast, a fridge and all necessary kitchen equipment.
Breakfast is self served in the guests rooms where dining facilities are provided. Alternatively this may be taken outside in the garden. We provide a fully comprehensive healthy continental style breakfast - various cereals, ham and boiled eggs, fresh and dried fruit, juices, yoghurt, cheeses, wholemeal/granary bread, croissants and jam/marmalade - local where possible.

Our accommodation is extremely well suited to guests who prefer a little privacy and wish to partake of breakfast at their leisure and at a time of their choice.
Situated in a detached annexe with it's own entrance room from which the bedrooms open out, they are also suitable for family or friends.

Overlooking the garden, the attractive rooms with their exposed rafters are light and airy and are provided with a television/dvd player, hairdryer, radio alarm, iron and ironing board. The en suite shower room has a heated towel rail and shaver point. Grab rails are provided in the shower cubicle.

The Mill is conveniently located for exploring Cornwall. We are situated in the peaceful rural hamlet of Brill, close to the village of Constantine, and approximately one mile from the Helford River. Also nearby, at the head of the River is the village of Gweek with it's renowned Seal Sanctuary, beyond which is the Lizard Peninsula, the most southerly point in Cornwall, with fishing coves, rugged moors, lovely scenery and sandy beaches.
The Helford provides a sheltered location for sailing, with access to Falmouth Bay for the more adventurous.
Close to the lovely gardens of Trebah, Glendurgan and Carwinnion, also for those wishing to combine a garden and river excursion, Trelissick is easily accessible by a boat trip from Falmouth. The Mill is convenient for the towns of Falmouth and Helston and the cathedral city of Truro with it's excellent shopping facilities is about 14 miles away.
